NOISE

AS I GOT OLDER MY NOISE TOLERANCE CHANGED DRAMATICALLY. IT WAS NOT BECAUSE OF ANY HEARING PROBLEM I HAVE BUT TOO MUCH NOISE WAS VERY DISTURBING. ALL THAT CHANGES WHEN MY GRANDKIDS COME TO VISIT, ALL SIX, INCLUDING ONE GREAT GRANDSON AND A NEW ADDITION, HIS STEP SISTER. THEIR NOISE DOESN'T COUNT, IN FACT I THINK IT'S BEAUTIFUL. I THANK GOD WHEN I SEE THEM RUNNING AND LAUGHING AND SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. I'M SO LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY ALL THAT COMMOTION THAT I USED TO THINK OF AS NOISE. THEY'RE ALL HEALTHY AND HAVE PARENTS THAT SPEND MORE TIME WITH THEM THAN I DID WITH MY CHILDREN DURING THEIR GROWING YEARS. WHEN THEY GET REALLY LOUD, THE FAMILY ALL LOOK AT ME TO SEE WHAT MY REACTION WILL BE. I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT. LET THEM ENJOY THEIR TOGETHERNESS AS LONG AS THEY CAN BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LIKE FAMILY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE NEXT GENERATION HAS ALREADY ARRIVED.
